Pukara House Hotel - Puno

Pleasant hotel, brilliant base for a trip in Puno! Spacious room and best bathroom. Breakfast with tea in hallways and strong wifi. Particularly good and magnificent location close to the bus terminal. Only about a 5-minute walk to Puno center. Fairly nice stay.

Everything was great, though a few employees were unhappy. Greatly enjoyed central heating, a safe and TV set in the room...

place was fairly clean and quaint. there were big size rooms with amazing bed as well as strong wifi. the location was good, steps away from plaza de armas. the hotel was in a pedestrian area, near to juliaca airport and the centre of cusco and the main square and many restaurants and shops.

The rooms were huge and inexpensive, and the staff was knowledgeable and kept the towels clean. The location was fantastic, right by the Bus Station and just steps away from Plaza de Armas. Additionally, it was conveniently close to great restaurants, the central area, and the center of Puno.

thank you very much everyone for a really great stay by 1 night. the personnel was accommodating and polite. the guest room was heated, included a shower and a hairdryer. the location was great and perfect and the public parking was nearby. it was trip and we would love to return.

The location here is fantastic, super close to everything 📍. The twin room was really nice, and the hot shower in the bathroom was a major plus. The whole stay felt cozy and welcoming.

The location was magnificent, only a short distance to Plaza de Armas. We had a very very good breakfast, enjoyed the meal with fresh fruit, strong wifi and also fresh bread. The staff was very welcoming and exceptional, the service was great, they shared some useful information.

We stayed at a hotel near the central square and bus terminal, making it convenient for us to explore the city and easily catch transportation. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good supply of hot water in the bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, helping us arrange tours and even offering a portable heater when we needed it. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs and fresh fruits. it was a great experience.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with dust and a beer tap on the floor.

Great central location, close to everything happening in the area, whether it's on the street or in the hallway. There's a cozy cafe nearby where you can grab a cup of coffee ☕️.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Puno and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. I especially loved the beautiful stone fireplace in the lobby, creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious fruits to start the day off right.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!
